How should I store my matcha to keep it fresh?
To maintain freshness and vibrant color, store your matcha in a cool, dark place, away from moisture and strong odors. We recommend keeping it in its original airtight tin and refrigerating it after opening.
What is the difference between Ceremonial and Culinary grade matcha?
Ceremonial grade is made from the youngest tea leaves and is intended to be whisked with hot water and enjoyed straight. Culinary grade has a bolder flavor profile designed to stand up to other ingredients in lattes, smoothies, and baking.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping within the United States usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by destination.
What is your return policy?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on food items. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
