At Chalait, we take pride in the quality of our premium matcha and specialty teas. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Ensure your item is unopened and in its original packaging, as we cannot accept returns on perishable food items that have been opened for safety reasons.

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely package the items you wish to return, including the original packing slip and the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside.
Ship and Track
Ship your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
